‘Aussie game console’ set to be a reality in 2017

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has revealed that the Sony PlayStation 4 will be available in Australia in March and in Australia this April.
The console will be sold at a retail price of AU$399.99 and will be the first gaming console in the country to feature a full 3D display.
In the US, Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox One will launch in April and the Playstation 4 will follow in September.
Sony has previously stated that the PlayStation 4 is aimed at consumers who like to play games at a more comfortable resolution, with a resolution of 1080p and a frame rate of 30 frames per second.
The PS4 will also feature 4K support, a new 4K TV and the ability to stream content from PlayStation Vue and other services.
Sony is also reportedly planning to launch a line of portable gaming consoles.
