How to build an amazing VR game in under a year
Polygon is proud to present a roundup of our favorite VR games that were built with Oculus Rift.
In no particular order, here are our top picks for this holiday season.
We had some good news for VR fans this past year: Oculus was able to bring virtual reality to the masses with its Oculus Rift DK1.
It’s a high-end, consumer-ready device that’s a true piece of kit for developers.
And the Rift was just the start for Oculus VR: Oculus is still developing new hardware for the headset and its Touch controllers, and there are plans for more high-quality VR headsets in the works.
The company also announced that it would be bringing its VR platform to Samsung’s Gear VR platform later this year.
We were really impressed with how Oculus’ virtual reality technology is performing in the consumer market.
The Oculus Rift headset has proven that VR is a great way to spend a day with friends and family, but it’s still a work in progress for VR games.
We’re excited to see what Oculus has in store for the consumer Oculus Rift VR headset.
In addition to its impressive specs, the Oculus Rift is the most powerful VR headset on the market right now.
The Rift costs $799 and includes a 360-degree tracking camera, which lets you track a virtual avatar.
We tested a demo with a friend who’s currently in a virtual reality game, and we were impressed by how smoothly the Rift handled the movement.
It was incredibly comfortable.
It made us feel like we were actually there with the player, and that was something we weren’t expecting.
The Gear VR headset, meanwhile, is also the most advanced headset for VR.
It costs $399, and the Gear VR is an affordable VR headset that’s capable of handling the motion of a virtual character.
We tried it for ourselves and we really liked the way the GearVR handled the motion.
The only downside to the Gear is that it’s a bit smaller than the Rift and it can’t be used with the Oculus Touch controllers.
But even that is a good thing, because we’ve already heard that Samsung is planning to launch the Samsung Gear VR this year as well.
The Samsung GearVR is a very well-designed, portable VR headset with an impressive range of motion control features.
Its trackers can track the entire body, and it has a range of 360-degrees of motion that lets you interact with your virtual character in a way that’s as natural as possible.
The downside to this headset is that you’re limited to a handful of 360 degrees of motion, so it can be difficult to get the right amount of control and immersion into VR.
The headset has a built-in microphone and speaker, which is a nice touch, but unfortunately it only supports two speakers, which are limited by the resolution of the Rift’s sensors.
For the most part, we found that the Gear and Rift felt like two different devices.
The difference is that the Samsung headset is a bit bigger and it’s more portable.
It also has a more robust design that’s easier to carry around, and its ergonomics are much better.
But the Gear doesn’t come with any controllers, which makes it harder to use the headset for a long time.
The other VR headset we tested was the Gear S, which costs $400 and is the Samsung Galaxy Gear VR.
Unlike the Gear, the Gear Gear S is not a standalone device that you can plug into your computer, but you can connect it to your TV via Bluetooth and other methods.
It does support both positional tracking and head tracking, but that’s mostly about how the headset works with other games.
The camera on the Gear headset is smaller and less powerful than that on the Rift, so there’s a slight learning curve for people using it.
The big difference between the Gear for the Samsung and the Oculus headsets is the headset itself.
The Galaxy Gear headset uses an Oculus Touch controller, but its headset is also more portable and less expensive.
The main drawback to this Samsung headset for gaming is that its tracking sensor isn’t as good as the Oculus’ Touch sensors.
It doesn’t support positional tracking, so you can’t use the Gear to play with your friends.
But if you want to use your Gear for VR, it’s probably the best headset for that purpose.
We recommend buying the Samsung’s Oculus Rift in the Gear category, but if you’re on the fence, the Samsung is still worth a look if you can afford it.
If you’re looking for a cheaper option, you can also try the Samsung Vive.
It offers a cheaper headset with a lower resolution and lower specs than the Oculus, and has a slightly smaller, cheaper camera.
We’ve had a lot of fun with it.
It looks like a nice looking virtual reality headset, but there are a lot more compromises to be made.
It is the first device from Samsung to support virtual reality and we’re glad that it can get it out into the world.
