Bears beat Cardinals in NFC title game

SAN FRANCISCO — The Bears got the win, but it wasn’t nearly enough to clinch a playoff berth in the NFC North.

With the NFC title at stake, the Bears defeated the Arizona Cardinals 29-27 Sunday.

The victory means Chicago will face the Arizona NFC West rivals, the San Francisco 49ers, in the first round of the playoffs.
