What are the epic games store owners looking for?
Flash games store owner Kevin McDonough, whose eponymous Flash games Store has sold over 600,000 flash games over the last two years, has launched a new video series to promote his store’s efforts.
The first episode of the Flash Games Store series will air on Thursday, February 14 at 11:00pm on the ABC News website.
“This is the first video I’ve ever done for the store,” McDonogh said.
McDonough said the Flash Store had been “blessed” with “huge interest” from people all over the world since the store opened in February last year.””
I’m hoping that people will be impressed by the breadth of the product.”
McDonough said the Flash Store had been “blessed” with “huge interest” from people all over the world since the store opened in February last year.
“It’s amazing how much people have come to the store to see what we’re all about and that we’re actually here to serve the community and offer a wide range of flash games,” he said.
In the series, McDonoh will interview top game designers from around the world, from the US to China, to talk about their careers and experiences in the video game industry.
“For those of you who have never seen a video game, it’s really cool to see all these different kinds of people who are all playing different kinds, and I think that’s great,” he added.
McDonogh is hoping to attract “hugely interested” customers, particularly in the US, Canada and the UK, where Flash Games store sales have skyrocketed.
“If we can get to the point where we have a million dollars worth of flash cards every week, then that would be really nice,” he told ABC News.
“That’s a really great way to support the store, and it’s a great way for us to reach people who maybe haven’t even heard of us yet.”
